Play for Fun,
Not to Chase Losses
At dnoe55 we believe that a healthy gambling experience starts with clear information and genuine player support. Responsible gambling is not just a compliance checkbox for us — it is woven into how we build the Platform, how we design our account tools, and how our support team is trained to respond when a player needs help.
We serve players from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and every other corner of Pakistan. Wherever you are, the same responsible-gambling protections apply. There are no second-class accounts when it comes to player safety.
Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable laws govern gambling activity in the country. dnoe55 does not claim that online gambling is licensed, approved or regulated by any Pakistani government body, the PTA, the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial authority. We strongly encourage you to understand your own legal position before placing a bet. This page does not constitute legal advice.
What Responsible Gambling Means at dnoe55
- Gambling is entertainment, never a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.
- You only gamble with money you can genuinely afford to lose — never rent, food or bill money.
- You set limits before you start a session, not after a losing streak begins.
- Gambling does not interfere with your work, studies, relationships or mental wellbeing.
- You feel in control: you can stop whenever you want, and stopping does not cause distress.
Six Pillars of Safe Play
Every responsible-gambling feature below is available directly inside your dnoe55 account. No forms, no waiting — apply limits instantly.
Adults-Only Access
dnoe55 is strictly for players aged 18 or over — or the higher minimum required by the applicable license jurisdiction. Age verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. We use KYC document checks to enforce this, with no exceptions.
Deposit Limits
Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps directly from your account settings. Once a limit is active it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a mandatory cooling-off period so impulsive decisions cannot undo your protection instantly.
Loss Limits
Define the maximum amount you are comfortable losing over a set period. When you reach that threshold, your account will not accept further wagers until the period resets. This is one of the most effective tools for keeping gambling within budget.
Session & Time Limits
Set a maximum session length so the Platform automatically alerts you — or logs you out — when your chosen play time is reached. Regular breaks keep gambling in perspective and prevent the tunnel-vision effect of extended sessions.
Reality Checks
Enable periodic on-screen reminders that display how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered or lost in that session. A quick reality check mid-session is a simple but powerful habit for any player — casual or regular.
Self-Exclusion
Choose a temporary cooling-off period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months) or a permanent self-exclusion. During exclusion your account is suspended, marketing communications stop immediately, and re-opening is subject to strict review. This tool is always one tap away.

How to Apply Your Limits
All safety tools live inside your dnoe55 account dashboard. Here is a step-by-step overview of how each one works.
Set a Deposit Limit
Go to Account → Responsible Gambling → Deposit Limits. Choose daily, weekly or monthly. Enter your PKR amount and confirm. The limit activates instantly. To increase a limit, a 48-hour cooling-off period applies automatically.
Set a Loss Limit
Go to Account → Responsible Gambling → Loss Limits. Select your period and enter your maximum loss tolerance in PKR. Once hit, betting is paused for the rest of that period. Reductions apply immediately; increases require 48 hours.
Take a Break
Go to Account → Responsible Gambling → Take a Break. Choose 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. Your account is suspended for the chosen period. You can still withdraw any existing balance, but deposits and wagers are blocked.
Self-Exclude
Go to Account → Responsible Gambling → Self-Exclusion. Choose a period from 6 months to permanent closure. Your account is immediately suspended, bonuses are cancelled and all marketing stops. Reinstatement requires formal review after the exclusion period ends.
Warning Signs of Problem Gambling
Problem gambling can develop gradually. Many players do not realise there is an issue until it has already affected their finances, relationships or mental health. Recognising the signs early is the most important step toward getting back in control.
If you honestly answer "yes" to three or more of the warning signs on the right, we strongly encourage you to use our self-exclusion tool immediately and reach out to a support organisation.
Remember: Gambling more to try to win back losses — known as "chasing" — is one of the strongest indicators that gambling has become problematic. It is always okay to stop.
- You spend more money gambling than you originally planned, or more than you can actually afford.
- You gamble to escape stress, anxiety, boredom or problems at work or at home.
- You feel restless, irritable or anxious when you are not gambling or when you try to cut back.
- You have lied to family members, friends or your employer about how much time or money you spend gambling.
- You borrow money, sell possessions or delay bills to fund gambling activity.
- After a big win you feel an urgent need to bet again immediately, rather than being satisfied.
- You have tried to stop or cut back gambling and found yourself unable to stick to that decision.
- Gambling is affecting your sleep, concentration, appetite or general mood on a regular basis.
- People close to you have expressed concern about your gambling habits.
A Quick Honest Check-In
Read each question and answer honestly to yourself. This is not a clinical tool — it is a prompt for self-reflection. If several answers concern you, please use our self-exclusion feature or speak to a support organisation.
1. In the past month, have you gambled with money that was needed for essential expenses like rent, food or bills?
2. Have you felt the urge to bet larger amounts in order to get the same level of excitement?
3. Have you made unsuccessful attempts to control, cut back or stop gambling?
4. Do you gamble as a way to cope with feelings of helplessness, guilt, anxiety or depression?
5. After losing money, do you feel a strong need to return and win it back?
This self-assessment is for personal reflection only and does not replace professional evaluation. If you answered "Often" or "Always" to any question, please consider using our self-exclusion tool or contacting a support organisation listed below.

Keep Children Away
from Gambling
If you share a device or household with children, it is important to take active steps to prevent them from accessing gambling platforms. dnoe55 enforces age verification at the account level, but parental controls at the device level add an important extra layer of protection.
We recommend using parental-control software on any device that children may access. Many options are available for Android and iOS devices as well as desktop operating systems. Key steps include:
- Enable screen-time restrictions or supervised accounts for children's profiles.
- Use internet filtering software that blocks gambling category websites.
- Do not save your dnoe55 login credentials on shared devices.
- Log out of your account completely after every session on a shared device.
- Keep your account password private and never share it with family members.
Strict Adults-Only Platform
Age verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed.
dnoe55 takes the protection of minors extremely seriously. Any account found to belong to a person under the required minimum age will be immediately suspended, all funds will be returned in accordance with our terms, and the matter will be dealt with according to our regulatory obligations.
If you suspect that a minor has registered an account or is accessing gambling content through your account, please contact our support team immediately so we can investigate and act without delay.
Play Smart. Play Safe.
Responsible gambling is a shared effort between you and dnoe55. Set your limits today, know your boundaries, and enjoy the game — from PSL cricket to live casino — in a way that stays fun.
