Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and dnoe55 ("dnoe55", "We", "Us", "Our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://dnoe55.cam and all related services, games, betting products and promotional offers made available through the Platform.

By accessing the Platform, creating a user account, making a deposit, placing a bet or participating in any promotional offer, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you unconditionally accept them. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which forms part of the overall agreement between you and dnoe55.

Definitions

Unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

• "Account" — the personal user account registered by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" — the total real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded to a User under a specific promotion, subject to applicable Wagering Requirements.
• "Cashier" — the deposit and withdrawal interface within the Platform.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and document verification process required prior to withdrawal processing.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee; the primary reference currency used on the Platform.
• "Platform" — the website at https://dnoe55.cam and all associated services, games and products.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the minimum aggregate bet turnover that must be completed before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Territory" — any jurisdiction in which use of the Platform is illegal or restricted under applicable law.

Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account with dnoe55, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as may be required by the laws of your jurisdiction or the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is the greater.
2. You are accessing the Platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
3. You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling is prohibited by applicable law (a "Prohibited Territory"). You are solely responsible for verifying your local legal position.
4. You do not hold an existing Account with dnoe55. Only one Account per person, per household address, per IP address and per device is permitted.
5. You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had an Account closed for misconduct.
6. You are not a current employee, director, contractor or close family member of dnoe55 or any of its affiliated entities.
7. You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Account Registration & Verification

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact email address. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not disclose your password to any third party. Any activity carried out under your Account credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you.

KYC Verification: Before processing any withdrawal request, dnoe55 requires identity verification. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., National Identity Card (CNIC), Passport).
• Proof of residential address dated within the past three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of your Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank account in your name).

Failure to provide requested KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal access. KYC verification is a security measure that protects both the User and the integrity of the Platform.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits: Deposits may be made using the payment methods listed in the Cashier at the time of transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the Cashier and may be subject to change. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Payment methods available through the Cashier may include familiar Pakistani payment rails such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfer through institutions including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. These are cited as familiar references only. Their inclusion does not constitute endorsement of or affiliation with any gambling operator, and availability is subject to change without notice.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Only the portion of your Balance representing real money (not Bonus Funds) that has satisfied all applicable Wagering Requirements may be withdrawn.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to internal compliance review. Processing times vary depending on the method selected and the outcome of any compliance checks.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your Account.

Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time dnoe55 may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside the relevant offer, which form part of this Agreement.

General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and cannot be withdrawn until the associated Wagering Requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Bonus Funds that remain incomplete at expiry will be forfeited.
• Only one welcome or sign-up bonus may be claimed per eligible Account. Attempting to claim the same promotion from multiple Accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• dnoe55 reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer, amend bonus terms or reclaim Bonus Funds at any time if abuse or manipulation is suspected.
• Bets placed using Bonus Funds on games or markets excluded from wagering contribution will not count toward the Wagering Requirement.
• Maximum bet limits while Bonus Funds are active may apply and will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.

All bonus amounts referenced on the Platform (including any illustrative figures such as "up to PKR 10,000") represent potential maximum amounts only. Actual bonus value depends on deposit amount and eligibility criteria specified in the current promotion terms.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game, sport or market. These rules are accessible within the relevant game interface or sports-betting section.

• Bets are final once confirmed. Requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets will not be accepted except where explicitly permitted by the relevant game or market rules.
• dnoe55 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed on incorrect odds resulting from a technical error or human error, at any time prior to or following settlement.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game session, rounds or bets that cannot be verified may be voided and stakes returned.
• dnoe55 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game, market or sporting event. Events may be suspended, postponed or cancelled without notice.
• Winnings from sports bets on events involving Pakistan cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, football, UFC or any other market are calculated according to the odds confirmed at the time the bet was accepted.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Opening or operating more than one Account.
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your Account.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, malfunctions or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform without authorisation.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting designed to circumvent wagering requirements in bad faith.
• Conducting or facilitating any transaction that constitutes money laundering or terrorist financing under applicable law.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory while misrepresenting your location.

In the event of a breach, dnoe55 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the Account, void all pending bets and/or winnings, and report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, database structures and design elements, is the intellectual property of dnoe55 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of dnoe55.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dnoe55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption, even if dnoe55 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

dnoe55's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the value of the real-money balance in your Account at the time the relevant event giving rise to the claim occurred.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for taking appropriate steps to protect your device and data.

Responsible Gambling

dnoe55 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. We provide the following tools to assist Users in managing their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps via the account dashboard.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session-end notifications and cut-off times.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion via the account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods cannot be reversed before their expiry.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen reminders of your session duration and net result.

Account Closure & Suspension

Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting the support team. Any real-money Balance remaining (subject to completion of KYC and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to you via a supported payment method.

Closure by dnoe55: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at our discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• A material breach of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or collusion.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from a recognised responsible-gambling scheme.
• Identification of the Account holder as being under the minimum required age.
• Receipt of a court order or instruction from a law enforcement authority.

In cases of suspected fraud or material breach, dnoe55 may freeze the Account and withhold the Balance pending investigation. Where fraud is confirmed, the Balance may be forfeited.

Amendments to These Terms

dnoe55 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address associated with their Account and/or by means of a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure.

It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's license jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable license jurisdiction.

For Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan: you acknowledge that online gambling may be restricted or prohibited under Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and potentially other applicable laws. dnoe55 does not hold any licence issued by a Pakistani authority. These Terms do not limit any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction that cannot be excluded by agreement.
